5 Easy Steps to Lease a Space

  1. Set up a tour with our local Director of Leasing. All of our available spaces can be viewed on our website with pictures, pricing, and plans. The local representative will provide space planning and construction management to deliver your new space!
  2. Once you locate a desired office space then we will draft a non-binding proposal to lease to outline the terms of the lease agreement. The security deposit (monthly price as seen on the website) is due in conjunction with signing the proposal to lease.
  3. Complete the New Tenant Form and provide profit and loss statements for the past two years.
  4. Sign our  17 page Lease Agreement
  5. Provide proof of liability insurance and move into your new office!
